Hyperpigmentation

Hyperpigmentation is a common skin complaint. 

It appears as dark/brown skin patches, also known as age spots or sun spots. They are more likely to affect areas of skin that are frequently exposed to sun, including the face, arms, and legs. Despite anyone’s best efforts to mind their SPF, any time spent under the sun takes a toll on our skin. In general, even small dark spots tend to grow bigger, so the sooner you start treating the problematic area, the less intervention will be required.

We offer Secret RF Microneedling and GMax Pro which are an excellent option for photodamage, age and brown spots.

The process may cause your sun spot to change the colour and become darker. Following the treatment the affected skin will flake and fall off.

You may notice some redness to the treated area for a couple of weeks after the treatment.

*No sun exposure prior to and following treatment.

*Laser can't be used on melanoma. It’s important to get a potentially dangerous dark mark properly diagnosed before taking action.
